
一、个人简介(职称、人才称号、社会兼职等)
付潇,pg娱乐电子游戏官网入口副教授,博士,硕士生导师,主要从事胶体与界面化学和生物医学相关的交叉研究,利用高分子(如聚乙二醇、多酚,蛋白)构筑物理化学性质可控的胶体粒子和水凝胶,探索胶体粒子与生物体系的相互作用及其在药物递送,肿瘤治疗及促进成骨中的应用。承担和参与6项国家及省部级科研项目,在Chem,Adv. Funct. Mater., Advanced Science, biomaterials,Appl. Mater. Today,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,Chinese Chem. Lett.等学术期刊发表学术论文10余篇,发表论文引用超过300余次。
二、研究方向
1.通过结构功能设计和表界面性质调控,从材料-生物界面角度探索理解材料与细胞、组织微环境之间的相互作用,并利用材料自身的物化特性调控细胞命运(干细胞分化、癌细胞死亡),突破传统因子或药物在临床应用的局限性。
2.构建结构优化的生物材料复合体系,适配组织修复过程的动态需求,多因素调节修复微环境,促进组织修复。
